The SYNC System was designed with the user in mind. It is a customized approach to both work and play jackets. Our Job Sight high visibility jackets are designed to be tough enough for work, but comfortable enough that you want to wear them. We loved them so much that we decided to remake them (with some bonus features) in a standard black color for that exact reason. We wanted to wear them, and we knew you would too.

Under our Workreation line (work+recreation), is a series of every day outerwear featuring the same styles as our award-winning high visibility line.  Then we decided to take it a step further. We decided to create a system that would allow our Workreation jackets to zip into our Job Sight jackets and vice versa.

This allows the wearer to completely customize the jacket for their needs. The shells are the tough-built Icon jacket and the liners add warmth and extra protection against the elements. The system also gives the ability to mix and match between Workreation and Job Sight so you can wear your high vis shell to work, but easily unzip it to be wearing your regular outerwear after you leave the job.

With 10 liners and 4 shells, we have your climate covered. It’s a win win. Take a look below to check out the full products in the line.
