Airgo Ultralight vs. Airgo Winter Ultralights

What I REALLY wanted was your Winter Airgo, but you never responded to my question as to why I couldn't find them on your website anymore. I bought the regular Airgo Ultralight in a larger size so I could wear thicker wool socks in the winter. I have no idea if that will work. I also don't think that sole tread will handle ice and snow, so I spent another $50 to buy Yaktrax ice grippers. Hope I'm not disappointed in your boots when the snow finally hits.

Overall I like them, but.....

..... The description said they were 15 inches, but actually they are 13 inches. I was looking for boots more like riding boots.

Best rubbers ever

Second pair. Old pair would of made it at least another year but my puppy liked them too. So very lite. With a good pair of socks moving around good down to 20 degrees easy.

The Love of My Life

I stumbled upon these at Blaine’s Farm and Fleet while on a desperate search for brown rubber boots so I could dress up like Link at a music festival in the New Orleans, naturally. I love them so much more than I ever could have imagined. I had never owned a pair of rubber boots and now that I do, my life is better. I love stepping into the bay and staring dramatically at the moon. I love that if I’m not wearing thick enough pants or socks the sound of them hitting my legs with each stride makes me sound like a horse. Remember party tricks? For a while, one of mine was having people pick my boots up and be amazed! Like, you definitely have a pair of regular shoes that weigh more than these boots. Pros: Solid airport choice, stomp through all the mud and puddles you want, good for all seasons including Midwest winters, easy to slip on and off, roomy, warm, dry Cons: Horse sounds, not supportive (but, plenty of room to slip in an insert), full waterproof ability does wear off (I’ve had mine and worn them heavily for a year and a half. If I stand in the bay now, water starts to seep through. They still function fine for walking in the rain) Tl;dr: Just do it if you’re thinking about it. They are worth the money.
