This is the second pair I've bought. With the first pair, I wore a hole through at the back edge of the heel after two years of walking mostly on concrete and asphalt paving. I'm very satisfied with the durability of the material. I do wish the design was different. Most men's shoes today don't have a built-up heel so the tread is flat from toe to heel with no heel notch.

It is an excellent quality and protects my shoes. I have used original/older products successfully. However, I am a woman with size 7 and the current smallest size on the Tingley product page is too large, even for my work shoes.

The overshoes were not wide enough for my sneakers and hiking shoes. They fit fine on my dress shoes. Still a tight fit. I bought the xxl for my size 12 shoe.

I got the wrong size boot. I emailed 2 times with absolutely no reply. So I then called and spoke to customer service rep. This was on a Friday, she told me that I’ll be getting an 2 emails with a ship label and return authorization. I didn’t get those either. So NOW, I guess I’ll have to call again. I feel like you ripped me off. I can tell you, I wanted to just return these and buy the right size again. But I’m not going to be buying the right size from you with all this hassle. I don’t have the time to deal with all this for a simple return.
