Airgo™ Boots Storage Advisory - Avoid Exposure to High Heat and/or Direct Sunlight. Airgo Ultra Lightweight Boots are waterproof, durable and shock-absorbent. However, when not in use it is important to protect the boots from exposure to high heat and/or direct sunlight as such exposures can cause the boots to shrink or deform. Do not leave these boots near a radiator or similar heating elements. Do not store them in an un-ventilated car or truck parked in the sun or in a hot place exposed to direct sunlight.
Light and comfy!
Boots are very lightweight and comfortable.
I work in the food industry in a food production plant. I am on floors that are hard, wet, and I am in environments that are as hot as 80+ degrees to those that are in freezing temperatures. My job requires that I wear slip resistant and water resistant boots. Most people wear those horrid PVC boots. I HATE the PVC boots. I only discovered boots made from EVA about 2 years ago. Now they are the only type of boots that I wear. They are ridiculously lightweight (my converse chucks are heavier than these boots) and they wear like sneakers. They are that soft. When I first found out about EVA boots, I found a pair that were made of EVA and a composite toe and were the 16” long boots. I wore them until they fell apart. I tried to reorder them but the company had stopped making them in the long length (which is what I need). I bought the shorter pair but the bottom of my pants around my calves went home wet. Most companies that sell EVA boots make them in the shorter length. I was thrilled to find that Tingley made EVA boots in the longer length. As I said I love these boots. They fit so well. I have wide feet and wide calves but these fit well even with my pants tucked in them. I wear a women’s 10, but the men’s 9 fit me perfectly (including the thick insole I use. The factory insole in the boots were too thin for me). I dont know how long these will last because I’ve only had them for about 2 weeks but I love them. I hope they last. I’m tempted to buy another pair in case they get discontinued like the other company.
I am a lawn spraying tech. For a locally owned business in PA and walk anywhere between 15/20 miles in a normal day. This boot has been great so far I cannot give input on durability but they are so light its like nothing is there. They only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because I wear a size 12 (which is what I ordered) even though the boot was the correct size it was alittle too big, but I stuck two insoles inside and they fit great that way. As long as the boot holds up long enough to feel i got my 55$ worth ill be buying them at the start of every season.
I haven't had them very long so can not comment on the durability... so far so good. They're very light weight, comfortable and do a good job of keeping my feet warm and dry... traction is good in snow, slush and the muddy fields, ditches and creeks my dogs like going through. I recommend them for anyone working on their feet all day.
